Gujarat Titans would be without David Miller for a few weeks, according to GT player Kane Williamson, who stated this during the team’s Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) match at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Thursday.
The Kiwi batter took over for the South African batter for the game.
“It’s nice to be out there after so long. “It’s a shame to lose Davey (Miller) for a week or two,” Williamson said while discussing his team’s batting performance against Punjab.
The cause of Miller’s injury is unknown, and formal confirmation is pending. Miller has scored 77 runs in three innings for the Titans this season.
Punjab Kings also had an injured absence, with Sikandar Raza replacing Liam Livingstone.
