The Wild will play the Vancouver Canucks on Monday afternoon. A portion of ticket sales will go toward a national nonprofit.

ST PAUL, Minnesota — When the Minnesota Wild face the Vancouver Canucks on Monday afternoon, they will be supporting a very timely cause.

Over the weekend, two police officers and a firefighter were shot and murdered while responding to a domestic call in Burnsville.

Wild owner Craig Leipold 'pumped' to finally have the Winter Classic

A portion of the proceeds from Monday’s game will benefit the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF).

Tickets start at $36, with $5 going to NLEOMF and the Minnesota Law Enforcement Memorial Association. The game begins at 1 p.m. on Monday at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
