Despite ending 31-51, Utah Jazz supporters have a lot to be happy about, particularly youngster Brice Sensabaugh. Sensabaugh, the 28th overall choice in the 2023 NBA draft, has been a bright spot down the stretch, having rediscovered his shooting stride and finishing his rookie season on a strong note.

Sensabaugh was regarded as one of the top shooters in the 2023 draft class. In the later part of the season, he demonstrated his shooting abilities.Sensabaugh shown his ability to score and shoot the ball in a number of ways, converting 50.3% of his pull-up three-pointers on 1.7 attempts per game over his final eight games. Sensabaugh was impressive in other offensive areas besides shooting. Riley Gisseman of the Salt Lake Tribune shared a stat regarding Sensabaugh after the Jazz defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 110-109 on April 12.Sensabaugh demonstrated not only his shooting ability, but also his offensive potential as the Jazz’s primary ball handler in the pick-and-roll offense. He plans to use his end-of-season success as a catapult into Year 2 with the Jazz.

Sensabaugh is expected to play for Utah’s Summer League squad this year, after missing the entire season as a rookie due to injuries. The Salt Lake City Summer League is set to begin on July 8 and go until July 10.
